Chanel Richie LLC operates as the parent company overseeing Her Influence LLC and Lux Film LLC. These entities offer coaching services, mentorship programs, digital courses, and physical products. By purchasing or engaging with any of our services or products, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with these terms.

 

Program and Product Purchases

Program Purchases:

• For a fee of $497, Customers may enroll in the IG Money Mastery Program or other educational courses offered by Her Influence LLC.

• These programs provide proprietary strategies for Instagram growth and monetization.

Product Purchases:

• Physical product purchases through Lux Film LLC, such as tripods and lights, are final sales.

• Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS on any items. All sales are final.

 

Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property

By enrolling in our programs or purchasing products, you acknowledge access to proprietary information, trade secrets, and intellectual property. You agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce any content, materials, or strategies provided. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

Payment Terms

• Full Payment: Customers must pay in full upfront for any program or product.

• Third-Party Payment Options: Payment plans or “Buy Now, Pay Later” options are available through third-party providers like Afterpay or Klarna.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

Coaching Services and Product Limitations

1. Coaching Services: Results from our programs vary based on individual effort. No guarantees are provided.

2. Physical Products: Items are sold as-is. Shipping costs for returns are the Customer's responsibility.

All information shared during coaching sessions or in educational materials will remain confidential. We will not disclose personal information without your consent unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm.

 

Customer Conduct

Customers must maintain professionalism in all interactions. False or disparaging comments about Chanel Richie LLC, Her Influence LLC, Lux Film LLC, or associated programs may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from the use of our services or products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
