By using our website, purchasing any products or programs, or enrolling in our services, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Programs & Product Access
 

Her Influence Academy LLC provides digital educational products, mentorship programs, community access, and occasional physical goods.

Core Program

• Her Influence Academy™ Creator Mentorship — $97/month USD, unless enrolled during a limited-time promotional offer.

Program Delivery & Access

• The Creator Mentorship includes access to select trainings, mentorship resources, live coaching calls, and a private community, delivered in a structured format.

Program access may include, but is not limited to:

• IG Money Mastery (released immediately upon enrollment)

• Additional courses and trainings (released progressively inside the mentorship)

• Live monthly group coaching calls via Zoom

• Weekly content drops, challenges, and recorded lessons

• Templates, planners, guides, and scripts

• Private Skool community and “Ask Your Mentor” space

• Bonus resources and surprise content drops

Important Access Note:
Not all courses, guides, or resources are available immediately upon enrollment. Some materials are intentionally released over time to support clarity, focus, and execution — not overwhelm.

All courses previously sold separately (including IG Money Mastery, YouTube Mastery, etc.) are now available only through the monthly mentorship.

 

2. Payment Terms

• The Creator Mentorship is billed at $97/month USD via Stripe unless enrolled during a limited-time promotional offer.

• Promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• After the promotional period ends, billing automatically continues at the standard $97/month rate unless canceled prior to renewal.

• Payments are automatically charged each billing cycle until canceled by the user.

 

All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your mentorship at any time by:

• Logging into your http://Skool.com dashboard

• Navigating to Welcome + Set Up → How to Cancel

• Completing cancellation via the Stripe customer portal:

• Cancellation stops future charges only.

• Past charges are non-refundable.

• Upon cancellation, all access to content, calls, and community features is revoked immediately.

 

4. Missed Payment Policy

Stripe will attempt to process payment once per day for up to three (3) consecutive days.
If payment remains unsuccessful:

• The subscription will be canceled

• Access to all materials, calls, and community areas will be immediately revoked

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to log in

• Failure to participate

• Failure to access or complete released content

• Misunderstanding of program structure or release schedule

 

6. NDA & Intellectual Property

• A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before accessing mentorship content.

• All materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, or repurpose any materials for personal or commercial use.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate termination of access

• A minimum $5,000 per-violation penalty

• Legal action for damages

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
 

Any chargeback will result in:

• Immediate and permanent removal from all programs

• A $1,500 administrative and recovery fee

• Legal action, if necessary, to recover damages and associated costs

 

8. Shipping & Physical Products

• Physical products (e.g., tripods or lights) may be included as bonuses or sold separately.

• Items are shipped once to the address provided at checkout.

• Her Influence Academy LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, incorrect addresses, or lost packages once marked delivered.

• Reshipment fees apply for incorrect or returned shipments.

• Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photo documentation.

 

9. No Guarantee of Results

• We do not guarantee any specific income, follower growth, brand deals, or business outcomes.

• Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and execution.

 

10. Customer Conduct

Professional and respectful conduct is required at all times.
False, defamatory, or harmful statements about the program, members, or founder may result in:

• Immediate removal without refund

• Legal action for defamation or damages

 

11. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.
   

12. Credit Audit & Business Funding Services
Her Influence Academy LLC may facilitate access to third-party credit audit, credit monitoring, and business funding services as an educational and referral benefit for active members. These services are provided by independent third-party providers and are not operated or controlled by Her Influence Academy LLC. Access to facilitated credit-related services is contingent upon an active mentorship subscription. If a membership is canceled or terminated, access to facilitated credit audit or funding-related services will also cease. Her Influence Academy LLC does not guarantee credit score improvements, funding approvals, loan amounts, or financial outcomes and is not responsible for the performance or results of third-party providers.

Final Agreement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions

• You understand that all sales are final

• You acknowledge that program content is released progressively

• You waive the right to chargebacks or payment disputes

• You agree to abide by the NDA and intellectual property protections
