By purchasing any products, courses, or enrolling in our mentorship programs, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to the following legally binding Store Policy.

1. Product Purchase & Scope
Her Influence Academy LLC offers:

Monthly Creator Mentorship via Skool.com (Her Influence Academy Mentorship)
-
Digital courses (e.g., Instagram Money Mastery, YouTube Mastery — now included exclusively inside Mentorship)
-
How to Edit Viral Reels Tutorial (still available as a stand-alone purchase for $97 through select promotions)
-
Physical products (e.g., tripods, lights — when offered as bonuses)
Important: Many courses previously sold separately are now only available inside the Monthly Mentorship. Existing customers who purchased before this change will retain access to their purchased products.
2. Payment Terms

Mentorship Billing: $97/month (USD) unless a promotional discount applies to the first month (e.g., code “MENTOR”).

Reels Tutorial: $97 one-time payment unless purchased at a promotional price.

Payments are processed automatically via Stripe or approved third-party processors (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, etc.).

All sales are final — no refunds under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy
Mentorship:

You may cancel anytime via your Skool.com dashboard by going to Welcome + Set Up → How to Cancel, then following the steps in Stripe.

Canceling stops future payments but does not refund past charges.

Access to content, coaching calls, and community is immediately revoked upon cancellation.
Missed Payments:

Stripe will retry your payment once per day for 3 days.

If all attempts fail, your subscription will be canceled in Stripe & our system, and you will lose access to all materials immediately.

You can update payment information anytime in the Stripe portal (link above).
4. Refunds, Chargebacks, & Disputes

All sales are final — no refunds.

Failure to log in, participate, or use the program does not qualify for a refund.
Initiating a chargeback for any reason will result in:

Permanent ban from all Her Influence Academy programs.

Immediate removal from all communities and materials.
-
A $1,500 administrative fee.
5. NDA, Intellectual Property, & Resell Rights
NDA Requirement: Access to any paid program requires signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
All content is owned exclusively by Her Influence Academy LLC, including but not limited to:

Courses, templates, training videos, coaching call recordings, strategy documents, and community discussions.
You may not:

Copy, resell, share, or distribute any materials.

Use content to create a competing course, program, or product.
Penalties for violation:

$5,000 per violation (minimum) or damages equal to lost revenue, whichever is greater.

Legal action and recovery of all legal fees.
6. Shipping & Physical Product Policy (if applicable)

One-time free shipping for eligible bonuses (e.g., tripods) within the U.S.

Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information.
-
Reshipment fees apply for incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Her Influence Academy LLC provides tools, training, and mentorship but does not guarantee specific income or results. Success depends on your effort, implementation, and external factors.
8. Conduct Policy
All members must maintain professionalism in all Her Influence Academy spaces. Harassment, defamation, or negative behavior may result in immediate removal without refund and possible legal action.
Final Agreement:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Store Policy in full.
